Fantastic extension with great support & service

We've been using Order Manager for a few years now and it speeds up our order processing a lot. We upgraded recently so it would work with the latest security patches. Fooman was also able to customise the extension so that when scanning the barcode extra digits in the barcode would be removed while automatically selecting the correct courier option from the dropdown menu.

Does exactly what was expected

This extension makes it finally possible to handle the shipping of multiple orders in an efficient and safe way. The behaviour of he plugin is unspectacular. It just does the job, and after 5 minutes I was used to it. Definitely a must have for anyone handling more than 100 shipping items per day.

Excellent extension that saves time

I highly recommend this extension and Fooman. I purchased Order manager for my CE1.6 store and one of the features (adding tracking numbers directly to the order list) was worth the price alone. However this has many many more features this saved me 95% of the time I spent process orders in magento (Bulk shipping orders etc etc.). On top of this it is the service, support and dedication of Fooman that sets them apart from other extension makers. Thank you

A Must Have extension!

Upgraded to the latest version, we can now Invoice multiple orders, after that merely just another click to print them all without reselecting them. I would like to say: This extension is Perfect and a MUST HAVE for every store owner. Don't forget to mention the Support given by Kristof. This man really know the magento in depth, he managed to solve the bug to work seamless with other extension. I couldn't say much about it other than to say a big Thank you to Kristof! When doing a batch shipping with tracking code it gives an error. I've sent an 2 emails but no response yet. It has been a week. Hopefully he will respond soon. I'm using 1.5.0.1

Hi Steve, I believe this was solved directly via email - an incompatibility with the EM_DeleteOrder extension.

I love the potential of this extension, but I'm unable to get the statuses to show up in the drop down box. This effectively disables the whole purpose of the extension. Haven't been able to find a fix anywhere...
